Walking for some people can be a hobby and nobody can argue with that because a hobby is basically something you enjoy doing and can do it more often. Instead of running your heart out or jogging, you can walk and that too will get you to lose weight and be more healthy like the people who run and jog. Walking is a step a person takes first before running or jogging. In order for a person to run, they should know how to walk fast. Little by little, walking can have a benefit to your body and health. Although its known that a person should exercise everyday for thirty minutes to an hour, walking in that case would be the best to consider if you’re the type of person who hates running or jogging.

I like how this  website talks about how and what you need to consider in order to walk and maintain your certain goal whether it be to walk just to lose weight, fitness, or trying to gain muscles. Walking is a great way to start of anything. I agreed with the fact that they included walking for beginners because that would help people who would just got out of a wheel chair and would be new to walking. Walking may lower a risk of health problems like high blood pressure, health disease and diabetes and it also lift your mood.

I like this site because it gives you options on how you should start and what to do before you start. Also have benefits of walking and whether or not you should see the doctor. To start of by walking, you should make  plan to start off. Ask your self questions like where will I walk?  How often and how far. Having to stick with your habit of walking, it can actually become your next hobby.

It’s weird how they talked about stretching before walking. I never knew a person had to literary stretch before walking. So the question would still pop up of whether or not a person should actually stretch before walking like to school or any other place. I don’t think this really makes any sense because I don’t feel like a person should really stretch for the walk. Planning on walking for more than 30 minutes then in that case that’s something to consider but say like walking to school, it’s not necessary to really stretch. Well I believe you would’ve stretched anyway because if you wake up, you’re supposed to stretched so you wont have cramps.
